Help & Tutorial Index / Groups Tab / Jukebox Group Membership Page

The Membership page lists all jukeboxes that are members of the selected group. This page provides links that enable you to edit or delete an existing group or to create a new group.

The main filter for the page is the drop-down option for Membership for Jukebox Group. Select a group from the list.

If you came to this page from the Create a New Jukebox Group page, you must select all jukeboxes that you want to be part of the group. You will be returned to the Groups tab.

The display table contains seven fields of information.

Column NameDescription
The presence of this icon indicates the jukebox is a member of the group.
Select CheckboxClick on the checkbox to indicate that this jukebox is to be part of the current group. If the checkbox is already selected, click on the checkbox to remove the jukebox from the current group.
JukeboxThis is the name of the jukebox.
This icon indicates that the network connection is Dia-lup. If this icon is not present, the network connection is Broadband.

StatusThis is the current status of the jukebox. Each jukebox is assigned a status based on its most recent communication with the server. A server connection is required in order to for patrons to play Music on Demand (MOD) and for you to monitor and manage your jukeboxes through this site. There are four possible statuses (each is displayed with an appropriate icon):
  • Error - Indicates something is wrong and you must take an action.
  • Warning - Indicates that you have not heard anything from the jukebox but it is still making money.
  • Inactive - Indicates that the jukebox is not currently active. Inactive can indicate one of three states: Ignore (i.e., damaged or lost), Ready (unplugged, no network connection, and not earning any money, as in when you first purchase a machine), and Offline (intentionally shut down).
  • Good - Indicates that the machine is connected and working properly.
LocationThis is the location of the jukebox.

Note: This field is populated only if you defined a location on the Jukebox Details page.
