Help & Tutorial Index / Locations Tab / Locations List Page

Use this tab to manage all of your locations. This tab is not displayed for Location Staff users. This tab displays a map and listing of some or all of your locations. It provides a table containing the location name, along with other key summary information. At any time, you can click on the location name to open the Location Details page for that location.

To create a new location, click the Create Location button. To enter a large amount of location information for existing jukeboxes, click the Bulk Edit Locations button. Click on the Why is this important? link to see more details on the importance of creating locations for your company.

Locations Map

A map is provided for quick view of locations in their geographical positions. The map has the following maps controls: left-click and drag the mouse to move the map center, scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in/out, street view, etc....

Clicking on a map marker will open a popup with the location name and the following details:

  • Alerts - icon indicating if the location has any active alerts
  • Nickname - the location nickname
  • Detail - a link to the location's details page
  • Address - the location's address
  • Devices - icons representing the devices at the location

For locations missing address information, a "Location Missing" button will appear in the upper right corner of the map. Clicking on the button will expand to a list of locations missing address information. These locations can be clicked one-by-one to resolve the missing information.

The map can be hidden or made visible by clicking on the "hide map" or "show map" text above and to the right of the map.
