The Reports tab provides access to the below system reports:

• Music Popularity Report
• Cashbox Report
• Collection Report
• Revenue Report
• Purchase Report
• Connection Report
• Invoice Report
• Tap Tv Report
• Trivia Result Summary Report
• Trivia Result Details Report
• Trivia Player Report
• Poker Player Report
• Trivia Location Report
• Poker Location Report

All users have access to the Music & Game Popularity Report. The other reports contain financial information and can only be accessed by Operator Executives.

The main filter for the page is the drop-down option for Reports and Reports for. Depending on the report selected, you can display information for all devices, individual devices, or a group of devices.

Note: A jukebox group is a way to organize your jukeboxes (commonly by route, by location types/genre, etc.). For more information on creating and maintaining groups, open the Groups tab and click Help.

To run a report, select the desired report from the drop-down list. Report parameter options for the selected report are displayed. Make all appropriate report parameter choices and click Run Report. For report parameter options and report result details, click on the report name in the list above.
